White Peony Tea is named for its appearance: green leaves embracing silver-white buds, resembling a blooming flower. When brewed, the green leaves support the tender buds, like buds just beginning to open. Only the first flush of spring shoots, consisting of one bud and two leaves, all fully covered in fine white down, are harvested.
